Prices per Apartment/Night exclusive breakfast plus 4% Accommodation Tax on the net accommodation price per night

Type A: ca. 35qm  Daily Rate

Type B: ca. 40qm  Daily Rate


Type C: ca. 50qm  Daily Rate


No refund for shorter Stays than booked.


  • Breakfast for € 12,00 per Person/Day from our substantial Breakfastbufett
  • Appartement Cleaning from Monday to Friday (Workdays)included in the Monthly Rate; Linen will be changed weekly.
  • Daily Cleaning up on request and additional payment for longterm rates.
